今日特選: 水蜜桃雪莓娘

材料: 因為是用預拌粉…不贅述囉..
(今天僅用100克的白玉粉,共做了8個38克的雪莓娘)

步驟:
這著給的配方步驟
很簡單!

1. 糖,白玉粉,油

2. 加入水攪拌均勻!

3. 進電鍋蒸30分鐘至透明狀

4.進攪拌機中速攪打至變白色有彈性

5.取適量的皮在灑了用微波盧加熱過的片栗粉操作台桿開
6.用圓型磨切割成一片一片的

7. 將水蜜桃吸乾水分切成適當大小

8.取一份白豆沙餡(22克) 包入水蜜桃

一顆一顆的包好,也可以用草莓…也很好吃
