[問題] 有人海外貨運被收VAT增值稅的嗎

請問有人從海外郵寄包裹到台灣，結果在香港被通知貨運公司通知要求支付VAT Clearance
增值稅給香港海關清關的嗎？ 因為不懂 想說問問大家有無類似經驗
