大家好，我想請問在美國如何預立遺囑和準備POA (durable power of attorney)？
我的姨婆目前住在DMV(District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia)附近，地址在維
州，無配偶跟小孩，有搬回台灣的計劃，想了解預立遺囑後跟短期內POA在美國境內的作
用。
