: 請問各位 : The inflation rate is up 3 % over last month. : 首先這句話文法上應該是正確吧？那他的意思是指通膨比上個月高3%嗎？ : 那如果是 : the inflation rate is up 3% over the last month. : 意思是不是變成，上個月期間，通膨高了整整3趴 : 謝謝各位 第一句的介係詞一般都用 on = compared with 所以是 3% on "the" last month (要加 the) 另外，實際情況下，通膨數字是事後統計出來的，所以 用到現在式 和 the "last" month 的機會不高。 表較可能的是 現在在一月，回頭說去年 12 月的通膨比 11 月高 3% The inflation rate for December was up 3% on the previous month.
