HISTOLOGIC GRADE: Grade II (moderately differentiated)[total score 6-7]. VASCULAR-LYMPHATIC SPACE PERMEATION: not seen. NOTE: The staining pattern of p63 immunostain supports the diagnosis. The grade of tumor may change when more lesional tissue is available for evaluation. GROSS DESCRIPTION: The specimen submitted consists of 3 strips of tissue measuring up to 1.6 cm in length.
