[問題] 有人申請租屋補助的嗎

今年8月申請租屋補助已經通過了
而我的合約是到明年2月，沒意外應該會續租
但要請房東再寫一份合約書給我
只是要如何跟房東解釋補助對房東報稅不會有影響？
