Prepare Laptops and Desktops, desk phones, and related components such as internals and externals (i.e. monitors, mouse, keyboard, cables) for all users 2. Keep track of assets, deployed, check‐in, check‐out, lifecycle 3. Provide repairs, replacements, and upgrades as needed 4. Prepare Mobile devices (phones and tablets) 5. Respond to replacements in a timely manner 6. Provide Hardware support for servers as needed from Systems Manager 7. Keep track of inventory of all technology (desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboard, mice,headsets, phones, barcode scanners, cart batteries, desk and label printers, etc.) 8. Contact vendors are needed for any issues (i.e., GFI for printers, CTI‐ STL). 9. Provide online Tech support as needed (Secondary priority) 10.
