約聘人力資源專員 Contract HR Specialist (派駐知名外商)
In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions,
collaborating with different teams, resolving employee issues, and executing
ad-hoc HR projects. By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will play a
vital role in ensuring HR operation effectiveness, fostering positive
employee relations, timely maintaining accurate data to support the
organization growth and business goals achieved.
1. C&B Operations
‧ Oversee attendance, leaves, and overtime management.
‧ Prepare monthly payroll movement data to payroll outsourcing agency.
2. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Processes:
‧ Recruitment: engage in recruitment activities including opening positions,
screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks,
and evaluating hiring decisions.
‧ Hiring Decision: conduct internal and external communications to ensure
hiring decisions are made effectively.
‧ On Boarding: go through employee onboarding process by completing required
documents and supporting new hire orientation.
‧ Organization Announcement: Prepare new hire, personnel, or organizational
announcement.
‧ New hire engagement: manage new hire probation program in their first
6-month to assist them be able to successfully adapt to the Company.
‧ Personnel data management: file employee data both digitally and in paper.
‧ Departures: as a coordinator to facilitate and assist employees to
accomplish departures and leaves without pay process by providing support and
resources, delivering essential information to relevant stakeholders,
completing required documents and related procedures.
3. System Management, Maintenance & Optimization:
‧ Oversee HR system (HCM, Attendance Records, Training) and access control
management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
‧Optimize the system regularly by projects or ad-hoc.
4. Audits and Labor Inspection:
‧ Support internal or external audit teams by providing relevant documents
and information, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
5. HR PO & Invoices administration
6. Employee Engagement:
‧ Support the quarterly-sync up meeting, welfare committee and
labor-management committee.
7. Ad-hoc HR Projects:
‧ Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at
enhancing the employer brand or improving the employee experience. Contribute
to the success of these projects by providing HR expertise and support.
