Records sales and order information, entering the figures into the ERP or the computer system; 3. Communicates with multiple departments internally to ensure that the stock levels are well maintained; 4. Assists the team with administrative tasks and the preparation of export documents; 5. Prepares sales reports to present to the sales team. 國外業務 1. Maintains existing accounts and generates new orders; 2. Collects markets, customers, and competitors' information; 3. Represents the company at trade shows and events; 4. Records sales and order information by entering figures into ERP or computer systems; 5. Develops a thorough understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; 6. Keeps the sales team informed about future buying trends; 7. Maintains effective and frequent communication with customers. 1. computer use competency; 2. communication and interpersonal skills; 3. self motivated and driven; 4.
