[心得] Hinet下載steam速度太慢的解決方法

http://service.hinet.net/2004/adslstaticip.php 申請固定ip 同時間用浮動ip 快的時候 12KB/s 慢的時候 0.xKB/s 固定ip 快的時候 900KB/s 慢的時候 500KB/s 有需要重新抓大檔案的可以試試 -- ◆ From: 122.116.139.252
