[問題] 乳房病理報告

大家好， 近期要回診， 已在快易通看到上禮拜穿刺的報告， 近期醫生也有安排電腦斷層之類的， 以下有先用翻譯看是乳癌，期數？ 但另一份電腦斷層報告上淋巴好像有感染， 是否會有誤差，謝謝大家。（已心神不寧一週） PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS: 1. Invasive ductal carcinoma --- breast, right, core needle biopsy. 2. Negative for malignancy --- lymph node, right axillary, core needle biopsyG ROSS EXAMINATION: The specimen submitted consists of two bottles. The specimen A consists of five tissue fragments measuring up to 1.8 x 0.1 x 0 .1 cm in size. Grossly, they are tan and soft. The specimen B consists of four tissue fragments measuring up to 0.5 x 0.1 x 0.1 cm in size. Grossly, they ar e tan and soft. All for sections and labeled as: A: right breast, B: right axillary LN. MICROS COPIC EXAMINATION: 1. The section of right breast shows an invasive ductal carcinoma, grade 2, ch aracterized by moderately pleomorphic cells arranged in solid nests. Tumor inf iltrating lymphocytes measure ＜1 %. Hormone studies show: ER immunostaining: Moderately positive in 95% tumor cells. PR immunostaining: Weakly positive in 80% tumor cells. HER2 immunostaining: Equivocal (2+) Ki-67 index: 15% in tumor cells. E-cadherin stain: Positive 2. The section of right axillary lymph node show no evidence of malignancy. --
