Candidate will assume the administrative support role to immediate supervisor & the company in various capacities. Current university students are encourage to apply. 【I. Primary Duties and Responsibilities】 .Support immediate supervisor, ad hoc assignments as directed by immediate supervisor .Support human resource manager .Help arrange company-wide business schedule, trips & other ad-hoc tasks. 【II. Other Duties and Responsibilities】 .Manage office supplies and stationeries .Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs .Organize birthday gatherings and office gatherings .Expense filing. .Travel arrangement, including hotel reservation, ground transportation, airline reservation, restaurant reservation, etc. .Mail dispatch .Provide general administrative support to all employees. .Liaise with vendors such as insurance, telecom, office equipment, office supplies, e-mail host service 【Basic Qualifications】 .Bachelor’s degree minimal (but current university students are also welcome). .Detail oriented & good skills for problem solving .Strong verbal communication skills .High EQ, work under pressure and multi-tasks competency .English fluency is a plus .Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) .Strong commitment to integrity. .Paralegal or accounting background helps, but not necessary. 【Contact】 Please send your CV to [email protected] --
