有圖好讀blog版 http://clodia.pixnet.net/blog/post/21579664 想要挑戰把食譜寫中英文版 還請大家多多指教喔 m(_ _)m ----------------------------- 生菜蝦鬆 [材料] 蝦仁、荸薺、紅蘿蔔、芹菜(不用葉子)、萵苣、油條 米酒、太白粉 [調味料] 鹽、胡椒 [事前準備] 1. 蝦剝殼後用牙籤去泥腸,剁成小塊,然後先加少許鹽和米酒醃, 再加入太白粉後一起醃製。 2. 荸薺、紅蘿蔔和芹菜切成丁狀。 3. 壓碎烤過酥脆的油條。 4. 萵苣洗乾淨,浸泡冰水,瀝乾 。 [做法] 1. 加熱油後,加入蝦仁丁翻炒。 2. 加入荸薺丁、紅蘿蔔丁和芹菜丁一起翻炒。 3. 加少許鹽巴和胡椒粉調味。 4. 加入油條拌個兩下,即可盛起。 5. 將蝦鬆裝入萵苣葉裡上桌。 --------------- Diced Shrimp with Lettuce [Ingredients] Shrimps, water chestnuts, carrots, celery, lettuce, tortilla chips (or/and pine nuts), salt & pepper [Preparation] 1. Peel, clean and dice the shrimps. Add some salt and rice wine to it. Add corn starch 10 minutes later. 2. Dice the water chestnut, carrot and celery. 3. Crush tortilla chips. 4. Wash the lettuce in ice water, then drain the water. [Directions] 1. Heat the oil, stir fry the diced shrimps. 2. Add in the diced water chestnuts, carrots, and celery. 3. Add salt and pepper. 4. Add in crushed tortilla chips. Stir fry for a few times fast. 5. Fill some shrimps with the lettuce and it's ready to serve. -- by cc~ -- ◆ From: 218.168.69.66
