以下是我在越南食譜網站找到的,提供妳做參考:
"sweet Red Date, Lotus Seed and White Fungus Soup"
Ingredience:
1.White lotus seeds- 30
2.Chinese red dates or jujube, washed and pits removed- 12
3.White fungus (white tree ears)- 3 whole florets
4.Water- 1 1/2 liters
5.Rock crystal sugar- 75 g
Method :
1. Soak the dried white lotus seeds in cool water overnight. Drained.
2. Soak the white fungus in cool water for 1 hour. Drained, tough bases
discarded and roughly shredded.
3. Place the lotus seeds in a large pot together with the red dates, white
fungus and water.
4. Bring to a full boil, then sweeten with the rock sugar. Cover, then lower
heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Taste the soup for sweetness, and adjust if necessary.
6. Transfer the soup to a tureen or ladle into individual serving bowls.
