在台灣，女性晚上在外走路安全嗎？
我在台北待了幾週，有時看到女性在天黑後獨自走路，去購物或辦事。
我來自美國的都市區，這裡的許多女性夜晚出門都會感到緊張。
我不是指凌晨3點，而是像晚上9點。

get less penalized if you Actually commit vehicular manslaughter comparing to
“injuring” the pedestrian.
There’s even urban legends of large logistics company implicitly encouraging
that as a last resort.
關於這件事，你可以怪罪這個垃圾政府。
在台灣，如果你真的犯了交通肇事而導致他人死亡，
相對於過失傷害罪，你受到的懲罰實際上會更輕。
甚至有都市傳說，
大型物流公司暗中建議以此舉作為最後的選擇。
