註：
新加坡雖然薪資較台灣為高，但物價也較高。
因此在換算薪資時，直接依匯率換算成台幣後，還要考慮物價。
例如4,000新幣，依匯率( SGD:TWD = 1:23 )約為台幣92k，
但將新加坡物價納入考慮，則此薪資，
相當於在台北約為55k - 65k左右的生活水準，
視個人消費習慣有所不同。以上僅為個人經驗簡述，

感謝意見。
mit.Jobs對於我們自己的定位還是平台不是獵頭，
所以，企業想要開怎樣的薪水我們不會過問。
不過如果企業諮詢，我們會提供網站上同類同級工作的薪資以供參考。
例如像carousell的Product Manager，

我建議他參考HomeAway Asia的PM薪資，

還是強調企業要寫多少是他們自己決定的，mit.Jobs最多只提供諮詢。
開太低找不到人，或者開太高找到over qualified的人浪費預算，
只要資訊公開，這是自由市場，企業當然要自己負責。
另外，關於不實資訊，因為是針對企業的條款，沒有特別宣傳，
但所有企業在註冊時，必須要線上簽核的合約裡有這麼一條，

"in the event that the actual salary for a new hire is less than the lower
threshold of salary range posted by the Client, or that any other related
conditions and benefits fail to match the job description the Client has
provided, the Client shall, within 72 hours after the job offer is accepted,
notify the Service Provider in writing or other recorded means."
一旦被求職者檢舉，如果在錄取通知後的72小時內沒有提出說明，
罰則是列入「不推薦前往求職的企業名單」且公開在網站上。
"the Service Provider shall publish the Client's company name on mit.Jobs
website as well as include it on the "Not Recommended List" for job applicants."
就mit.Jobs網站上線開張以來，曾有兩次檢舉，
對方企業也很快就提出說明，並為求職者所接受。
而就carousell的部份，我也請同事特別調閱伺服器的記錄，
所有的職缺最晚都在4天前(11/17)已更新。
所以如果在這之後，有實際offer的薪資低於網站上的數字者，
懇請不吝告知，mit.Jobs會代為詢問企業，小弟也會重謝。
如果是網站上其他職缺有類似問題，也請檢舉。
檢舉是匿名檢舉，除非求職者同意，
企業將不會知道求職者的確切身份，請放心。
