[請益] 服役留停復職後年終獎金怎麼領?

前幾天單位人事跟我提到 他有聽過留停復職後選擇放棄軍中年終然後選擇全領現在機關的年終 不過我們查了半天都找不到法源依據 剛剛爬文也有發現兩種選項 1.全領現職機關的 2.部分領軍職 部分領現職機關 2.的部分比較沒問題 因為年終工作獎金的發放要點就是這麼寫的 問題在1. 不知道是不是我們都誤解了放棄的意義是針對退役的該月份而不是整年放棄 所以照理說無論如何都是2. 只是差別在於復職的那個月份年終的來源究竟是軍中還是現職機關 希望有經驗的前輩可以指教 orz -- "At all the clubs I played for,there was always the question,'Is he going make it?'because I don't have the talent of players like Thierry Henry or Robin van Persie,"he says."But with a good mentality on and off the pitch -and especially on the training ground - I became better and better. ～ Dirk Kuyt 1980.07.22 / 184 cm / 77 kg / Striker / Liverpool FC / Holland -- ◆ From: 202.39.239.1
