NEW YORK, Dec. 14, 2016 – The NBA and NBPA have reached a tentative
agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement, pending ratification by
players and team owners.
In order to give both sides enough time to review the terms of the agreement
and vote to ratify, the parties have agreed to extend the mutual deadline to
opt out of the existing CBA from Dec. 15, 2016, to Jan. 13, 2017.
Specific terms will be made available at a later date.
簡單來說，目前雙方已經達成初步的勞資協議，但仍有待球員與球隊老闆審查後批准
此外，為了給予雙方足夠的時間對協議中的條款進行審查，雙方同意延長跳出現有CBA的
期限到2017年的1月13日，具體的條款將會在日後公布

1.在球員合約剩下一年時，母隊可以和他簽下最多五年的延長合約
2.可能有針對RFA與FA的條款修正，母隊可以提供更多的薪水以吸引FA留隊

4.36歲條款改為38歲
5.one-and-done rule不變，但雙方會持續努力討論替代方案
6.新秀合約、底薪與中產的金額將提升50%
7.NBA與發展聯盟的雙向合約可以讓球隊有16 17人，薪水依其所在隊伍而定
