Why is he constantly healing so much?

為什麼他一直回一堆血？
Rengar's W has a grey health mechanic, where he gets some % of damage dealt
to him over the last few seconds back as hp when he casts it.
雷葛爾的W有灰色血條，當他開W時他會回復前幾秒內對他造成的傷害的一部份。
And there's Soraka's ult on top of that.
最重要的是還有索拉卡的大絕。
And lifesteal from Scepter.
還有吸血鬼權杖的普攻吸血。

How the average top laner would have handled it:
1) He would not be 4/0 with 10cs/min at 14 minutes.
2) He would have caught the first morg bind and instantly gotten bursted.
3) He would have complained about being ganked and how it's impossible to do
anything as a top laner.
一般的上路會如何處理這種情況：
1.他的戰績不會是4/0，cs數在14分鐘時也不會是分鐘數x10
2.他會吃到魔甘娜的第一個Q然後馬上被秒。
3.他會抱怨自己被Gank，還有要以一個上路的身分做任何事是根本不可能的。
