Citing "more than 8,700" job losses this year alone, the IGDA said that "the g ravity of this situation and its impact on the industry cannot be overstated", and called for studio leaders to "implement sustainable measures within their organisations to avoid unnecessary layoffs". 國際遊戲開發者協會IGDA表示 今年業界已經有超過8700個工作被裁掉 呼籲各個遊戲工作室盡其所能 包括但不限於 取消高階主管獎金、提高獲利等措施 來避免不必要的裁員 應該提高韌性和同理心 共同面對整個業界面臨的挑戰 同時創造對遊戲和開發者來說 可持續性的未來發展 好慘 業界寒冬 狗吠火車 --
