Brandon Gomes自2016退休後到道奇擔任投手協調員
然後在2018年Gabe Kapler被挖去費城人當教頭時
接任球員發展總監
下一年又升到副總裁/助理GM
而現在又升到GM
除了Gomes外
也從NFL 華盛頓足球隊那挖來了Damon Jones
擔任球隊法律顧問、副總裁、助理GM
